The Kindness Department

The Kindness Department is how we put love into action.

We serve our city, care for people in need, and create spaces where kindness becomes a doorway for encountering Jesus.


Our heart is that we are a missional community. This is a posture of the heart and a way that we live. It’s not just going on a trip to serve a people, but it’s living a life beyond yourself, where we see the people around us, get God’s heart for them, care for them, and respond. Missional is how we daily walk with Jesus and give out of what He has given us. It’s a beautiful thing - and that’s why Proverbs says that “when the righteous prosper a city rejoices” because prosperity never just stays with who receives it.
