Foundation (coming October 2026)

A five-week relational journey into following Jesus that will help you grow deeper in your faith, become rooted in your identity, and build a seamless life with Him. These five weeks are an opportunity for you to join with others, both new and mature, who are pursuing a deeper, richer faith and relationship with Jesus. The goal is to provide a space where learning, conversation, community, and practice are combined, giving you the foundational tools needed to pursue a life of lasting faith. 

Requirements

Cost: $30 for materials, which includes a book, journal, and pen

Because this journey is only five weeks, we’re requiring you to commit to the following: 

• Attend all five Sunday night gatherings
• Volunteer two Sunday mornings (between Oct 4th- Nov 1st) at Studio Church in whatever area has need
• Volunteer one service day with the Kindness Department or other approved service opportunity
• Attend one morning prayer gathering (Tuesday or Sunday mornings)

Our desire is to create an environment where you can grow and engage in every aspect of this experience. This requires time, consistency, and a shared commitment from everyone. Unless prevented by illness or other significant circumstances, we ask you to honor the commitments above. If those commitments cannot be maintained, you may be asked to step out and join a future session when you're able to fully participate.

Above all, this is a relational journey, and we invite conversation regarding any expectation or challenges meeting any requirement. 

Sunday Night Flow – 6pm-9pm – Oct 4th- Nov 1st 

We will begin with a potluck-style meal. Jesus spent much of His time, both with the Disciples and while teaching others, around a table. We believe this provides an opportunity for genuine connection, preparing our hearts for the rest of the night and for deeper community with Jesus and each other. 

We will then move into a time of teaching. This is an instructor-led time centered around a specific topic or practice. Hearing from seasoned and mature believers who have walked with Jesus for years allows us to learn from their stories and be encouraged by their testimonies of faithfulness.

Jesus often made space for discussion, allowing His disciples to ask questions about what He taught. We want our time together to be interactive and practical, which is why we’ll have a time of discussion after the teaching each night. These times will be facilitated in small groups by mentors.

Finally, we will end our times together in prayer. This is an opportunity for us to respond to the tilling of our hearts that has happened throughout the evening. It also allows us to give thanks for the work of Christ in our lives and put into practice a key component of spiritual formation.
